HOW TO ORDER

1. FILL OUT ORDER FORM

• For all REGULAR PASABUYS (items posted on our twitter under the hashtag #wangxianpasabuys), fill out the ORDER FORM linked in our pinned tweet.

• For FANSITE GOODS/LIMITED GOODS, we will be tweeting a different order form for it. Please always check our twitter for announcements.

2. CONFIRMATION
Check your email after submitting an order form. Make sure to check your archive and spam too. If you did not receive an email confirmation from us after 10 minutes of filling out the form, pls send us a DM on twitter so we can check and send you one.

3. PAYMENT
Pay the total amount of your order/s. Make sure to fill out the designated payment form/s. All payment details and forms are sent in the confirmation email. We only accept BDO, METROBANK, and GCASH as mode of payment.

4. PAY THE 2ND FEE (INTERNATIONAL + LOCAL SHIPPING FEE)
Once your item/s arrive with us, we will be checking and packing it; we will then tag you in a google sheet for your ISF & LSF and tracking number/s.

5. RECEIVE YOUR GOODS
Track your parcels. Please let us know once you have received your item/s and tag us on twitter using the hashtag #bjyxrupokersfb. Please record unboxing videos of your parcel/s, so that we can verify any incomplete/incorrect item/s. Enjoy your goodies!!!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.NO CANCELLATION
We do not accept order cancellations. Please make sure that you are 100% sure before filling out the form. Failure to pay on / before the DOP will be a signal for the automatic cancellation of your item/s, and you will be BANNED from ordering with us again.

2. LIABILITY
We are not liable for any damaged / lost items; we try our best to pack all the items carefully and we cannot do anything anymore if item/s get damaged through international and local shipping or seller's faulty issues.

We are also not liable if the PH customs seizes / holds our box. We will submit all the required papers but it is still up to them when to release it. If ever they will have to tax it, the tax will be split to all the buyers who have item/s in that box.

3. REFUND
We can only refund your payment if the seller is able to refund us the money. Please keep in mind, especially for Fansite goods, that they can disappear abruptly, so order at your own risk. Some shops also does not refund or send item replacements, but we try our best to communicate with the seller and/or supplier.

4. PAYMENT SYSTEM
We use a 2 payment system (unless stated in our tweet/form):

• 1st Payment (prices posted in our twitter/forms): Item Price + SF in China + Bank Fees + Warehouse Fees + Supplier's Fee (if applicable)

• 2nd Payment: International Shipping Fee + Local Shipping Fee > for all items coming from China, everything will be shipped thru SEA CARGO. For GOs from different countries it will depend, it will always be announced in our twitter.

> for Local Shipping, we only use MCFA EXPRESS and LBC. No COD.

> SDD = Same Day Delivery (Grab, Lalamove, MrSpeedy etc) is available for Metro Manila & nearby provinces residents. You will be the one to book this.

5. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR ORDER/S
Keep track of your order/s. As much as possible, make a list of your order/s so that it'll be easier for you to ask us for updates. Almost all of the item/s we open are not shipped at the same time so it's better to keep a list.

FAQs

Q: When will my item/s arrive?
Ans:
• We do not know when is the exact date of your order/s' arrivals, we can only estimate for you. Most goods that we open are for PRE-ORDER meaning that these item/s will still be produced. These can take months so you need to be patient.

• International Shipping and PH Customs' inspection will also affect the arrival of goods.

• For Local Shipping, it would only take 1-3 days for MCFA Covered areas after the day of pick-up. For Provincial Non-covered areas, it can take 5-10 days.

Q: Do you ship outside of the Philippines?
Ans: No, we do not ship outside of the Philippines.

Q: What Local Shipping Courier do you use?
Ans: We only use MCFA Express as our local courier. For non-covered areas by MCFA, they automatically transfer it to LBC Express.

Q: How will I receive my notice for 2nd payment?
Ans: We will post a google sheet link on our twitter and tag you so please be sure to check your twitter.

Q: Which batch is my item gonna be in?
Ans: We will only know which batch your item/s will be once the item/s arrives in our warehouse and is/are ready for shipping to PH. Kindly wait for our notices and DMs regarding that.

Q: What mode of payments do you accept?
Ans: We only accept GCASH, BDO, and METROBANK.

Q: Do I need to pay for my item in full? Do you accept downpayments/installment plans?
Ans: YES, you need to pay for your item/s in FULL unless stated otherwise in our tweet/form that it is a deposit scheme. We do not accept downpayments or installment plans as it is hard for us to track your payments.

Q: Do you have a shopee account?
Ans: No, we do not have a shopee account.

Q: Can you combine my items in one shipping?
Ans: Yes, but it will also depend on your items' arrivals, if it will take very long we will advise to ship your onhand items already. But for small items, yes we can definitely wait for your other item/s and ship them all out together.
